We will allow purchases via e-mail, giving preferential choice to the clients that physically attend the sale.
For e-mail and over-the-phone purchases for those that are not able to physically attend the sale:
You must send a detailed list and/or photos of the items you would like to purchase before May 3rd, via e-mail.
You must also include your contact information including a telephone number and e-mail.
After the first 15 minutes of the sale, a member of staff will pull the items for you and send a PayPal invoice.
The invoice must be paid within 5 minutes of receiving it or the items will go to next in line or back on the floor.
After the sale, a member of staff will take the items to The Brown Store to be packaged and shipped at the expense of the buyer.
There are no refunds on over-the-phone items.
